A most enjoyable book; very difficult to put down!!
One the best greatest books ever written!! Extremely interesting - felt as if I was looking at a movie in color. One learns about - before, during and after - the detailed building of the Brooklyn bridge; the cost, the designer engineers, the builders, the politicians, the families and the general goings on of Brooklyn and New York City during the 1880s. A most enjoyable book; very difficult to put down!!
