Best knife deal I’ve seen
No substitute for carbon steel when in comes to blades. If this knife can’t handle “knife applications” you were using the wrong tool for the job. I like every thing about it except the bevel which wasn’t hard to adjust. Perfect and simplistic design. I bought three more after the first came in.

it was a dream first spoon use extremely sharp then, no matter what I done to try to sharpen it, it just wont sharpen, ive used wet stone, diamond stones to no avail....handle is also to short unless your hands are like a child...... what a waste of money very dissapointed
