Great phone
My wife had a S4 and she loved it! So when my LG went bad there was no question on what phone to buy. Very easy to operate and navigate through the settings. The processor is fast compared to the LG phone and has long battery life. Phone came as described and Sprint activated it without issue, unlike the one I ordered from Amazon immediately prior and sent back. This one works just like a new phone - clean ESN. I did have to replace the battery as it did not hold a charge for long, but that was only $10, so still very satisfied. Great phone! Was able to get it up and running without going to a sprint store. Did it all on the laptop and a couple of phone calls. SIM card was free , sprint reembursed the cost of the card on my next bill. Factory pre installed apps and some upgrade prompts are a nucence, but I guess that's normal. Good price but doesnt fully work
The phone only gets 3g not 4g/lte. The seller offered to accept a return and then ship me a replacement if they had another S5 but I can't go without a phone so I was unable to return it. Turn around on shipping them the phone then them shipping a replacement would be at least a week. They were prompt and courteous i Baught the galaxy s5 and i could not find the same phone at the great price they offered and the phone was excellent quality other sites either had nice s5 phones refurbished at a really high price or a low price but the phone looked like its been through a war! Lol my phone i purchased looked almost brand new! Emergency Replacement...
This was an emergency replacement for a family member's smashed S4. Shipping was quick, condition better than expected and basically issue free. Not sure what else I can say about the Galaxy S5 (as a product). It does everything a smartphone is supposed to do. If I had to change something, I might maybe fiddle with the positioning of the Volume & Power buttons but since it's out of production, I doubt that's ever going to happen. That meaningless grumbling aside, it's a workhorse smartphone that's nice for watching Star Trek under the covers at night. The AMOLED screen is great. Certainly light years better than my old LC Opti- something-or-other... One suggestion: Put a $2 screen protector on yours so you don't have to suddenly replace your dropped phone like we did.
