Better than expected
I don't know what a form factor is, so I didn't give a rating on that. Since it is a used product, refurbished, I was expecting it to look used. It was in much better condition than I expected, other than one small ding and a small chip on the corner, it looked brand new. I was happy to have the ability to purchase an S5 at this price because it has good reviews. Better than the new phones at a fraction of the price. I had an S3 and when it stopped working I needed to replace it. This phone fits my use perfectly. I don't use many apps, just a couple, takes good pics.
