perfect solution
my grandfather has dementia. we had a lot of issues with his medications regimen. this device solved the issue completely. there is practically no way to make mistakes. we now have full control on his compliance while still preserving his sense of independence which was very important to us. Filling the dispenser is not easy, but it's easier than the regular pill boxes and it lasts for longer. It took my grandfather a while to get used to the dispenser (the different shape, the sound...) and at the beginning he tried to break it (said the dispenser didn't release the pills) but now it's working pretty good. Only problem we found is with the sound: the alarm for the medications is high pitch and my grandfather who is hard of hearing can't hear it well.
