This vitamin works magic!
Like most of us - I feel 'blue' at times but the 5-htp really works. It gives you a calm, all is right in the world feeling. It just helps me feel happier, calm and at peace. It is a vitamin that is safe to use, non addictive and makes a world of difference. I can really tell when I've run out and don't take it for a few days. So - I will be a regular user and order often. Oh - and I take 2 a day. I have a high stress job and life - this vitamin is magic for me! Thanks so much!
