A real good pump
I had one of these for several years and it pumps enough pressure to run 6 large heads in a zone. I was away a couple of days and a freeze did damage (that was my fault). I installed a different brand of pump as a replacement and it didn't supply enough pressure for the system. Works until it rust away. 3 years!
I live in Florida. The case on this exact same pump rusted to nothing inside of 3 years. Had the case been more environmentally armored with say epoxy paint then it would still be working. So basically I am having to replace this product every 3 years. I am trying a pump cover this time but I do live in a salt air environment, so my hopes are not high that it will last any longer. You would think that a product meant to be outdoors in a wet environment would at at the very least have protection against the elements considered when it was designed.
