Love the Ghost Max for running and brisk...
Love the Ghost Max for running and brisk walking. The rocker on these makes fast walking easier than other running shoes that are more flat and the cushioning on the Ghost Max is great for protecting knees. I was wearing the regular Ghost for running but found the drop in that model too much for me when walking fast and it caused ankle and metatarsal pain. Ghost Max has less drop and more cushion and works great for my feet and knees.
