NotesEverything Sucks is the fifth studio album by American punk rock band the Descendents, released in 1996 through Epitaph Records. It was their first album of new studio material since 1987's All, after which singer Milo Aukerman had left the band to pursue a career in biochemistry. The remaining members (bassist Karl Alvarez, guitarist Stephen Egerton, and drummer Bill Stevenson) had changed the band's name to All and released eight albums between 1988 and 1995 with singers Dave Smalley, Scott Reynolds, and Chad Price. When Aukerman decided to return to music the group chose to operate as two acts simultaneously, playing with Aukerman as the Descendents and with Price as All.

AWESOME AS IT IS, DO NOT PAY MORE THAN $20 FOR THIS RECORD.
ABOUT THE BAND first of all, the Descendents rule. Everything Sucks is an excellent "generational bridge" album.... for any young kids curious about the band but wanting a more digestible listening experience, this is it, with the next words being "okay if you like this album then check out Milo Goes to College, and I Dont Wanna Grow Up" ABOUT THE PRODUCT first off, this was a 2000's era repress, and this particular seller was honest enough to include the words HOT TOPIC EXCLUSIVE in the descriptor. if you are paying more than 20 bucks for a copy, you are overpaying for hot topic merchandise. unless it is an original '96 pressing, at which point, serial numbers become infinitely useful. CHECK THE SERIAL NUMBERS. secondly, the record itself sounds great! i found the spacing a bit weird because they put the first 10 songs on side A, and 6 on side B. but thats a petty complaint. overall id say i have nothing against hot topic, or hot topic merchandise. but just know that you're potentially shelling out big coin for old hot topic merch, so definitely check serial numbers.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
