The psych in full effect
The Black Angels have that old vibe but translate it to now perfectly. It hooks you right in with You On The Run and Doves, then weaves the psychedelic vibes well throughout, with good variety. The pressing is flawless. And here's a great bonus... 2 extra songs on the back of Side E, from the Black Angel Exit EP, Surf City (Revisited), and Paladin's Last Stand.
