Just Awesome
An American made piece of artwork. While the wait was about 10 weeks (was told 12-16 weeks) due to supply and labor issues, it's well worth it. It's going into a 79 Silver Anniversary Car. I can't review functionality yet as the car is in the middle of a restomod. However, this looks amazing. It's got some weight to it...not some lightweight piece of junk. It comes with a very comprehensive install and setup manual and pretty much every piece needed. There was obviously a lot of thought and effort put into the design. I'm converting the 428 Pontiac engine to ProFlo EFI and also purchased the Edelbrock BIM for the setup. This allows the dash to read info from the EFI like fuel pressure and AFR. The BIM modules are one of the coolest features. It allows for a lot of expansion. At a casual glance, it can pass for the original gauges. Anyone that knows these cars will tell fairly quickly, but it's a very good updated representation with a lot of features you can't get anywhere else. I look forward to getting it wired up and seeing it in operation. One other bonus. It's got a lifetime warranty to boot. It came very well packaged. I'm seriously considering getting one for my 89 C3500 truck now.
