Valu wheels
Great value as a second set of wheels. I plan to use for Winter and bad weather riding. They are high quality rims. Hubs are ball bearing type and needed a very slight amount of adjustment but were usable out of the box. They arrived in good shape. Tiny bit of truing was needed. The wheels are heavy and narrow. Be careful when inserting tubes, especially in the valve stem area. They are going to serve my purposes.
