After keeping my boogie Maverick and my fender tube master reverb at bay, I’ve been really trying to find a bad tone on the tone master deluxe combo, I can’t find anything wrong with these amplifiers to justify not buying them. I have both, the black tone master reverb and the blonde tone master deluxe both sound great! Way lighter than my back breaking boogie, the blonde does have a warmer sound to it but I thinks it the cream backs that is the main reason but the black reverb is loud , and still gives me the fender tone I want from it, bothe amp are loud enough for any band , blues R@B , funk, Rock, soft Rock and country. Idk about thrash, and punk rock, but these aren’t getting any cheaper no time soon. And they hold there value used quite well, no problem with blown tubes are fuses. It’s all solid State. I know not one person that owns one of these amps that died on and gig yet. I’m s working musician 4 nights a week and both Saturday and Sunday 6 hrs a day. No over heating, no hum, no cracklings when me volumes are turned. And it’s easily to run a straight line out for live performances. My 22 watt tone master breaks up sweet in a live band, my reverb is super loud on my blues nights with a line in to the PA , whether it’s humbuckers or sing coils these amps sing. Don’t get fooled, only ppl who can tell the difference are the tube snobs who listen just for that. With a live audience no one care about tubes, just be heard, only you can tell . No I won’t sell my tube gear but I will let these fenders tone masters do what they were built to do. Get them you won’t be sorry, I went straight to GC and A B both of them. No difference other than the weight. Cause they had power to spare on tap. These are great amp gottem quick………Read full review

I'm going to keep this fairly short! This is the best sounding guitar amplifier I have played in 40 years. It has the smooth, horn like tone I've been longing for. The clean is absolutely perfect and the overdrive tone is a magnificent blend of silky smooth & horn like tones that crunch just enough to get that bite you want without a problematic concern for too much overdrive. I bought the blonde Tone Master because it has the new upgraded Fender improvements that the black and silver model does not have! I give this amp 5 stars out of a possible 5. By the way, this amp is very light and you could take it with you anywhere without it breaking your back. If I'm not mistaken, it weighs approximately 22.5 pounds. That's only about 1/2 the weight of the tube version. Buy one, you will love it!!!Read full review
