Terrible product overall. Would not recommend.
I bought this because I can't find anything else as a similar design for the price point. I wanted a USB RF connected wireless earpiece design for VOIP type calls and meetings. Everything else is either bluetooth or really expensive or hardwired. So I gave this a try on my PC (Win 10). The speaker worked but the sound was weak. The microphone never even connected and was a hassle to try and use. Even if everything did work as designed, the way the earpiece just lays on top of your ear feels very insecure. It might take a bit of getting used to, but I didn't want to waste my time. It just flops around on your ear and it's more annoying that I would want. I would imagine it might work better on Xbox, but if you're going to use it in conjunction with tv speakers, it may not be loud enough. I would recommend getting a full headset or anything else over this earpiece for gaming. For VOIP or chatting, just use a decent bluetooth set of save up for a quality earpiece.
