Palm Sized Shuttle!
It assembles well, no misplaced pins. But! The shuttle wing bottoms have a trapezoidal detail scribed on them that belongs on the *top* of each wing (oops). The OMS motors are bizarrely out of scale, visibly undersized. There are cutouts for flight-deck windscreens but no windscreens provided. The SRBs and ET are preattached and in two big halves, tricky to cement. The SRBs are noticably out of round especially at the nosecones. The shuttle attachment bipods are modeled solid, and the intertank's ribbed, hat-section stringer detail is provided as a nonscale decal. The model doesn't balance on the provided stand, so you either need to modify the stand to lengthen its mounts or glue the model down. NB The shuttle in this kit is shared with the sister Enterprise + B747 Transporter kit, and it provides parts used by that sister kit. So you get a tailcone, a set of B747 attachments and even the "barndoor" stabilizers for the B747's tail.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
