Dyson UP20 Animal 2
Dyson corded vacuum cleaners are reliable, easy to operate and clean and have strong suction. They will provide years of dependable service. Only issue with this model is the stronger motor compared to other models along with the strong suction makes carpet cleaning difficult. The sole plate does not adjust to different carpet heights causing the head assembly to shutoff. Bare Floors Only Vacuum
Product has unbelievable suction. It is so powerful that it does not move on carpet. There is no way to adjust it. I called Dyson and the Customer Seevice Representative was rather rude and said I should have purchased the Animal 3. "Not the right vacuum for me"
This vacuum has to much suction. When I vacuumed my larger area rug it performed ok, but when I vacuumed a smaller area rug (5x7) I could hardly move the vacuum around the rug. The pile on both rugs was the same. After vacuuming with the Dyson ball Animal 2, I vacuumed again with my older Dyson DC17. My older DC17 picked up additional dirt that the Animal 2 left in the rug. The tools that came with the Animal 2 are useful and I will probably use them in the future but I plan to have my DC17 serviced and continue to use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
