To develop powerful legs and back, the linebacker is King of landmine attachments. Use for squats, lunges, Romanians, side to side lunges and other functional body motions using weights. Upper body versatility exceptional as well. Military press, shoulder shrugs, standing or seated arm curls, bent over rows. I hope Titan will come out with an attachment for standard weights so you can have the option of choosing between Olympic and standard plate size.
