Perfect, if only I did it correctly.
I had gotten the color pretty much out of my hair, until the next morning and suddenly it was back to basically a very dark brown. I must've used the product the wrong way or something, but I'm sure if you were to do it correctly you will have perfect results, although for me, I didn't. I'd totally recommend this product though, for it's the best one that's out there, just make sure to buy 2 boxes if you have remotely "long" hair though. Please don’t have too high expectations for hair dye remover. I have tried all of them that do not use any form of bleach and this is as good as it gets. You will be left with warm tones, and it will not remove all of it (in my experience), but you will be left with lighter color. Although these types of removers are said to be non-damaging, I did experience some breakage around my bang area. I don’t believe it was the fault of this color remover. I think it was because I had done so many things prior to it, including Dawn, baking soda, citric acid, color oops, and Scott Cornwall‘s colour remover all within the same month of using this. (My hair is fine, thin, and colored multiple times, so what would I expect?) Keep your expectations realistic and it will do as good as anything else out there!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bad results with this product
A long process with zero results. I think maybe it would maybe work if someone had just colored there hair a new color and they hated it. Maybe not sure I just know it did nothing to remove the color I had been using for a long time. Wasted my money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
