Great for home/office.
I bought this and the matching seat bottom because I drive an over the road truck and just spent 7 weeks dealing with low back compression. These cushions works wonders in an office chair and even in my recliner. I highly recommend them for home or office sitting. They didn't work out for my trucking though unfortunately though I do love them at home and carry them from seat to seat.
