The mid 2012, 2.9 i7 MacBook Pro is very highly sought after because it is pretty much problem free and continues to age very well. I now have two of these, one for a backup that I use for travel. The machine we received was in almos perfect state. I did a couple of updates to bring the memory a bit tighter and installed a larger drive but the machine was perfect.
