Good and I do recommend it but not as good as an inversion table
I fell a little over a year ago and have been having back issues and pain ever since. I seen the one advertised on tv the Dr one and thought I wonder if that would help? Well it does! The one on tv was a white/cream color and I thought no way do I want that light of a colored one! So I went to eBay to see what I could find. Well I found this black one and knew this was the one for me. I was surprised it was like $5-10 more than the lighter colored ones though. So I was a little disappointed by that. It by no means gives the results of a inversion table but it definitely does help though. For true decompression you have to use an inversion table but this does help a little when you don't have access to one of those. My buddy who has an inversion table tried it and he liked it also. He likes his table better but said he was going to get one of these belts to use too. So there's two people's opinions on this belt. We both felt the table is obviously better but the belt helps also. It's pretty small and pretty lightweight so you can take it with you if your going to be out of town or traveling for awhile and away from your inversion table. It will help for sure! I recommend this product but feel the price difference for the black one was a little ridiculous. Also I think these are all pretty much made by the same company. "Heating Therapy" but no heat
Mislabeled. There's no heating therapy included with this compression belt as indicated by the title. Disappointed. My back goes out on me occasionally and this last time was a doozy. I purchased this item to help me in between chiropractor visits. I was hoping to use this belt and the heat.
