Perfect for a "call bell"
A relative recently returned home from the hospital and was unable to walk without an escort. Whenever she needed assistance, she rang the bell and was heard throughout the house (but not loud enough to disturb the neighbors!). Easy to grasp with its large, comfortable handle. A few shakes, and help was on the way!

You get what you pay for. Not an actual cowbell.
I should have known better, but for $7.99 I had to try... This is not an actual cowbell. It's cheap metal roughly shaped to look like a cowbell. The sound it produces is not even close to the sound of a cowbell. If you're looking for an actual cowbell, do NOT buy this. If you're looking for a cheap noisemaker, buy this.
