Very good quilt block book to have in your library
This is a pictorial of 5,500 quilt blocks. No specifics on cutting as you would have to have some previous knowledge and add the 1/4 inch seam to each piece of a block. If you're looking for ideas this is probably the best source for finding blocks that appeal to your taste. One would think if a book contained 5,500 blocks, it might be exhaustive. I can tell you this is not the case. I was looking for Nordic blocks, for example, and they are not represented. All the same, if you can't find more than a few things to like to make, I would be surprised. You know how it is, the book is inspirational if nothing else, and who doesn't love inspiration. Other's have given this book 5 stars. And for the inspiration alone, it deserves 5 stars.
