Great alternative to statins.

Whilst it's not a good idea to recommend "medications" to take, I can tell you that in conjunction with niacin, I lowered my cholesterol significantly. I had lowered my c. for years, and then didn't take anything for a year, and it went up. I then did a year with the two and it went back down. So I take it now. Just 2 pills a day.
