Nice buy all in all..
Loved the price, cheaper than Wal-Mart and I think it's made a difference. My fingernails seem thicker so that's a plus. What makes these vitamins great is there is vitamin D in them. Your body can not absorb calium if you don't have vitamin D present in the body to. Plus a side note you body can only absorb so much calium at one time. So as always it's better to get vitamins from food vs. A pill or capsule.
