This product is not easy to find in stores so I found you online at a less expensive price with free delivery and it arrived quickly. I have not opened all of the packages but so far a couple of them have had smashed (in many pieces and crumbs) cookies. Since they were unboxed, I am not surprised. However, I don' know if I will reorder another time. It depends on how many end of being smashed. They deliver a good dose of soluble fiber without the slime effect of the powder, though the material can stick to your teeth.
