Gourmet Sauces in 5 minutes! WOW!
I used to be able to buy this at CostCo! A must have staple for every 'cook'! And so much less expensive than individual sauce packets. My favorite Sauces include: Hunter Sauce, a Tarragon Sauce.... both are great on a variety of meats, including meatballs on wide noodles or with mashed potatoes. Research the basics to homemade... then gather your spices! I use 2 pats butter to make the rue. Do NOT salt until you taste at the end. I love adding a lot of Tarragon for beef, veal OR pork OR meatballs.... OR.... make the Hunter Sauce for Meatloaf!
