Gravy seperator not perfect but works
Of course this 4 cup gravy separator is plastic (I would have paid more for glass). I found that the cup portion of this item should have been designed a little taller than the spout as the grease wants to pour out a bit when you tip it. I took care of this problem by covering up the top of the cup with a piece of foil. Other than that, I like it. Very much worth having in the kitchen!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The separator is a similar plastic and thickness to an old-school food processor bowl.
