Not the right fit in my Yamaha FG 345 II
I think this is a good pickup but it didn't fit where it is recommended to go in the guitar. My X bracing was too small. It was installed professionally but the only place it could go didn't pick up the sound they way it was meant to. I tried using a Pre-amp and it helped but I ended up removing it and using an under saddle type pickup. I recommend that you check inside your guitar to see if there is room to install it under the bridge before you buy one.

Installed LR Baggs Ibeam in my Guild 12 string
Easy to install, and sounds amazing. Only problem was I had to have my wife reach in to put the strap jack in from the inside because my arm wouldn't fit thru the hole in the guitar. I play thru a LR Baggs DI preamp and it sounds fantastic.

LR Baggs IBeam Acoustic Pickup..
The pickup works great! I think it's warmer than an under-the-saddle pickup. The only snag is that you absolutely must have space larger than 3" on the cross bracing under the bridge. If you do not.. this pickup will not work and will interfere with the string ends and bridge pins.
