Great upgrade from standard bulbs
These are a great drop-in replacement for standard 9005 bulbs. They fit just right and are MUCH brighter! I highly recommend them for someone who needs more light. 2 notes of caution though. Being 100 watts, they draw more current, and IF your car has marginal headlight wiring you MIGHT have to install a relay and new wiring. My 2010 Civic didn't need this. Also, the 3 tabs that are supposed to orient the bulb the proper way will NOT prevent you from installing it incorrectly! I highly recommend that you park in front of a wall at dusk with the lights on and observe the beam pattern before you change the bulb. If it is not a fairly small narrow beam, try all 3 positions until you get it right. One of my old bulbs was incorrectly installed, so it might not just be a matter of observing how the old bulb was oriented. And, the usual warning; DON'T touch the glass, you could get burned, and the oil from your skin will shorten the life of the bulb.
