Just replace the old bleeder screws with speed bleeders. They have an internal check valve that will pump excess air and fluid out for you. A special coating on the speed bleeders' threads keep them from admitting air into the system, and keep expelled air and fluid out.

    True One person brake bleeding.

    This is the first set of Russell branded speed bleeder valves I’ve installed. They are good quality and work as designed. The valves fit perfectly on my E36 M3 front and rear calipers. Bleeding was a breeze if you follow BMW procedures to ensure the ABS systems bleeds properly. You only need to open the valve about 1/4 turn to allow fluid to flow without seeping though the threads. Once bleeding is done, apply a tiny bit of grease or anti size to the inside of the rubber valve cap to prevent the valve from seizing. It’s worked for me before with the original speed bleeders. You won’t be disappointed.

    Metal not strong enough

    Snapped off the bleeder screw in the caliper, I didn't think I torqued it that hard, but the thread locker on the screws makes it difficult to tell when it bottoms out. Had to buy a new caliper, those bleeders appear to be a harder metal
