'04-'09 (Gen 2) Durango rear axle Jounce Bumpers
These are the oem pieces that attach to the frame, right above the rear axle on both sides. Over time, weather and winter road chemicals cause them to break down, and eventually become ineffective. While performing needed maintenance recently, I discovered that my driver's side bumper had fallen out. They install as a friction fit. Search online for videos to see how to install. One hint: Make sure to remove all of the old bumper from the mount before you attempt to install the new one. A little lubricating spray applied to the top of the bumper, can be helpful.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
