It works well. It doesn't stay wet for 2-3 hours, at least in Tucson, AZ. I've been using it while working outside in the heat and it keeps me cooler for sure. It works best when there isn't a lot of humidity and when there is some wind. I like to soak it in ice water and then put it around my neck. Sitting at the pool in Vegas keeps me cooler than without it for sure!
