Way better than I thought
I wish I had bought a Norelco beard trimmer sooner. I avoided these types of devices and stayed with my trusty scissors to do the job. Bad decision. This trimmer does a better job in a fraction of the time. It's very flexible with several attachments for trimming at different heights. It's easy to use with a short learning curve. The vacuum feature is OK. It seems to work somewhat when you use the beard attachment but not at all with the fine trimming attachments. Okay, not great
Not as good as my last trimmer that died. I wanted this for the vacuum feature which works pretty good. The trimmer is not the greatest though. Not great but does the job
The vacuum feature is not that great. All the hairs get stuck inside the mechanics of the item. I find myself having to clean it after almost every use. The expanding cutter design is a good idea but does not work like they hoped.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flimsy Construction
The battery (LiIon) in this trimmer is much better than the older versions (NiCd), however the design and workmanship is poorer. How disappointing! Great for beard trimming
I have owned one of these for over a year. It works well, although it does require some significant cleaning to remain optimal. I purchased this particular product on eBAY because I broke the shaver head on my previous product. I would have liked to have simply purchased a replacement head from Norelco but as far as I can tell they aren't available. So I purchased this one for its parts.... I like the razor in general... just be sure you have the proper guide installed before you start shaving -- otherwise you might be giving yourself a much more severe trimming than you were planning ... a user error.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great all-around beard trimmer & shaper
This beard trimmer and shaper is my favorite. While the attachments must be handled delicately, they're highly-useful and functional. The trimmer catching 90% of the hair leaving little clean-up needed. The battery charge lasts long (I've charged it once in about a month). Don’t waste your money on this
I thought if I bought this for my husband it would leave me less mess to clean up with the vacuum and 90 percent hair pick up as mentioned. I think they meant 9 percent hair vacuum pick up.
