This is a great item. Once you get it setup, it's the best backup system available (in my book). The software is easy to use and there's plenty of "help" and explanations available to aid you. I don't like using other venders Cloud services as their storage capacity is expensive. I've also lost some things I thought I had backed up on other clouds. With this unit you can see all your backups and what they contain. You control your computers security as to saved data.Verified purchase: Yes
