Don't let the 3 stars fool you, I would have gave them a 3.5 if possible, I like these rings.
The quality is very good. The only thing that i would change would be the actual screw used to secure them to the picatinny base. It is not pronounced enough to catch snugly into the picatinny track. This could cause some slippage if the rifle was handled too rough.
