I've been using The Gregg Reference Manual for about twenty years. I finally decided to give my copy to a friend, and "upgrade" to a newer edition. I can't afford to purchase the most recent--it's more than $75--so I upgraded to edition 10. The copy, although used, has no underlining, and is as beautifully organized as previous editions.
Title is a good title because it doesn't tell what it references. Office Procedures would have been a better title.
This is a very good reference book for office procedures. It would be wise to have one in your office for guide to various document writing etc. I pleased I purchased 2 copies.
