Broke Quick
Broke within the first three uses. It wastes a decent size of line when it needs to be reloaded. Reloading is quick but the product just doesn't work. I was sad because I really wanted it to work. I uses a similar but cheaper head with the string location on the top of the head which seemed to work better.

Item is better than the one that comes with Echo products
This trimmer head is much easier to use than the original Echo head and it is very durable but it and the instructions as to how to use it waste string! Because the head requires that you weave the string through the head and back through to the next string port, you have about 8 inches of string to discard on every refill for each string! That seems like a lot of waste to me. It seems like a simple loop on the edge would have worked and saved much more string.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

ECHO Heavy Duty Aluminum Trimmer Head is Simply the Best
ECHO Heavy Duty Aluminum Trimmer Head is the longest lasting over all plastic models. I've tried them all over decades and come back to this design. It requires 0.130" line. Excellent Value since comes with both adapters on the string trimmer end (25mm Pilot Hole) and 4mm thick flat washer on bottom side. Both adapters fit aluminum head with close tolerance for zero wobble. Pay a little more and get trouble free trimming for thick, stalky brush for many seasons.
