I purchase this in hopes I can do two things, have a thin wallet and protect my credit cards. I can tell you with the amount of things I put in it, it is not thin in the least. It has a separate middle piece for the license with some extra slots for cards. All good, but with that extra middle piece it is a fat wallet. you definitely shouldn't be sitting on it. Put it in your front pocket, it is a huge bulge and hard to get in and out of jean pockets. I wouldn't know if the cards are safe or not since I don't have a tester, but I can only hope it works as described. The main wallet is a behold, not a trifold. it has slot for 4 cards on each side and 2 different places for bills. seems to be well made so far, but I haven't had it long enough to know.

The wallet is good quality, no doubt. He jacked the price up right after I bought mine, I got it for 4.50, I think it's like a dollar more now. But my issue is with that "card holder accessory" in the wallet with a few cards in it and my ID in it, the wallet doesn't even close. If you sit it on the counter the top of the wallet is at about a 45 degree angle. I had a tri-fold before this that I liked more than this one and I threw away a lot of stuff that was in my old wallet and this wallet is even thicker now than my tri-fold was with more in it. I'll keep it, but I'm not satisfied. I don't understand why the ID thing is removable. Why would I want that? So I can forget to bring my drivers license when I bring my wallet?
