Everything I expected
Phone was delivered very quickly. It is exactly what I was expecting. The phone didn't come with a sim chip, but sprint customer care service shipped one to me for free. Activation was easy and simple. It's a beautiful small phone and very light weight. I wish the camera and video were a little better but that's what you get with older models. It's still very functional. That's the only upgrade I would make. I also wish they made newer phones that are the same size and weight as the S4 mini, but this will have to do for now. To preserve battery life make sure you turn off google play or services that run while you're phone is asleep. At first the battery drained in like 4-5 hours even when sleeping, but after turning all the unnecessary features off, the battery will last a couple days, so I'm totally satisfied with it. Other than that, I plan to keep this phone for a very long time. Totally recommend this company. The phone looks brand new by the way. No cosmetic or mechanical problems. Good things do indeed come in small packages. I have owned 3 of these wonderful phones since they were first made available. Perfect for the small amount of tasks I need it for: a moderate amount of texting, eBay transactions, searching the web and personal phone calls. The camera takes very good quality pictures. The phone provides crisp and clear voice communications and since I have small hands the texting feature does all that I need easily. I record music on the micro SD card and listen while I workout at the gym. It is light weight and fits very nicely in my hand or pocket which lends itself to one handed texting. They are readily available at a modest price that is less than carrying insurance so I keep a spare ready on the off chance something happens. I use a gel case and glass screen saver so I can carry it easily in my pocket with virtually no signs of wear.
