Product is good quality. Mopar setup requires a lot of effort to take apart and install
New to Mopar and this setup is so complicated and time consuming to replace. Quality of this kit is good.
Pulling old bushings out was a chore. You have to weld in a washer then bang them out.
Installing new bushings is a sequece
First push the busing into the outer sleeve.
Second push that assembly (sleeve and bushing )into the control arm.
Thirst then push the shaft into the assembly and leave about 1/4 of an inch exposed. DO not push it in all the way
then put dynamic strut brace on and the inser that entore assembly into the K member.
Issue I had is the bushing mushroomed becuase i did the shaft into the bushing first. I had to press the shaft out and start over. Then when tightening the nut on the shaft the shaft would just spin in the bushing. I had to use a vice grip to grip the collar of the shaft on the left side to tighten the nut on the right. Then I used a 5 lb mallet to band the torsion bar key to push the control arm the last 1/4 inch into the bushing.
I have not idea how this will come apart if I ever have to do it again. I will have to use a torch and grinder or something. Not the products fault.
Had to do over I would just purchase the QA1 lower control arms. Luckily I purchased the uppers and that was so much easier than pushing those bushings out. The entire suspension on the 68 charger is just sub par. I wish there was an economical conversion to coil overs
