R350 Replacement Air bag. Loving the ride

Fit ‘08 R320 perfectly!
Took about an hour to do each rear side of a 2008 R320, mainly because I spent a few minutes washing the insides of the wheels which needed some long overdue attention. Fitment of the new airbags was very straightforward. “Push-in” style of the new air line fittings required removal of the brass OEM screw-in fittings and snipping off about 1/4” of the line ends to ensure a clean surface before inserting into the new fittings. Press in and give them a tug - the lines won’t come out. Reinstalled the clean wheels, dropped the car back down to the ground, and torqued the lugs to 110 ft. lbs. Remember, the bags will have no air in them so the rear will be much lower until you start the car and let the compressor do its thing. After about 2 minutes, the car was sitting perfectly level. These airbags should last another 70-100k miles. Excellent replacement option!
