Pfister should send a "Replace Cartridge" Schedule with every fixture
In my case at least, by the time we realized that the cartridge needed replacing and the water wasn't just spray or drips from our hands the interior of the handle and cartridge connection area was badly corroded. You would think that a fixture literally made to be used near water wouldn't corrode from just being exposed to water. Not too impressed with Pfister.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
