Kanetsune Santoku Knife
This is another beautiful example of Seki City craftsmanship from sk2exellent. Razor sharp as delivered and very easily touched up with a ceramic rod. Carbon steel edge quickly develops a patina and requires cleaning and drying by hand after soon after each use. Very nicely balanced and at about 5.5 oz, very easy to be precise and delicate if desired. Highly recommended for the price.
