Lightweight. Good amp. Good stands. Terrible shipping dilemma (Canada)
I blame my experience with these more so on the costs and tribulations of the shipping process. I spent an additional $80 just to recieve these packages. I wasn't told I would have to until weeks after the delay. I had the items shipped to Canada btw. The speakers: they're lightweight. Which is great for portability. However I'd rate the quality of sound 2.5/5. The highs are stinging compared to underwhelming lows. Those "full" lows barely come out through these speakers, so if you don't have a sub, do not expect to shake a house, or for that matter a room with these. The mids are fine. The amplifier: I like it. 3.5/5. It's not incredibly strong. There were some isntances where the amplifier cut out on me for no reason, but decissed shortly after the first usage. It sends strong signals to an 18' sub I have. Good for the price. The stands and cords: best part of the package. 4.5/5. They seem to be sturdy, and the chords are good quality. Good value. Cons: speakers need eq, even still lows are unerwhelming. Requires purchase of a woofer. 2. Shipping was a headache to say the least ' Pros: It provides that "Dj visual appeal" to a beginner such as myself based on the stands and the general look of the products. Decent quality sound and not bad for its price. At first I was skeptical but soon after setting the PA up I was quite impressed. Great Must have for short pockets.
100% as picutred and discribed. Great for small to medium venues. A great must have if you need equipemnt and not a lot to spend. As a side note, you would be better buying this as it is a new amp vs. going the cheap route and getting a used one. If new, you know exactly what you are getting and how it should fair. Plus it can be returned. With a used one, it's 50/50 and no, you are not sure what you are getting or how it will work. It's not as loud as I had hoped. I had it turned all the way up and just didn't really wow me. If you're wanting low end make sure you purchase a subwoofer. This is ok for mids and highs. 1/4 speaker inputs do not like being touched for have any sort of pressure on them or they cut out.
