Fat, sick, and nearly ready to reboot with Joe
After watching Joe's "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" movie I am very inspired to begin a reboot using this wonderfully informative book to show me the way, inspiring me to new heights in my final quest to get healthy. It is jam packed with the answers to all the questions you can possibly ask, even going so far as to offer sources where things may be obtained to accomplish this reboot with ease. In between the covers of this book are truly the answers to life. as I begin this quest I should say that I am 60 yr. old woman weighing in at 378 pounds and having a height of six feet. so you see, this book is now my bible of life, and also contains the inspiration and information to assist me in not giving up. Joe tells you step by step how what you may feel during the various stages of rebooting your system are normal and that you can and will get through it being inspired along the way. The information contained within, and all the recipes for juicing, take all the guess work out of it so that even if you have never seen a juicer you will feel comfortable doing it and will even come up with ways to turn a recipe into your own special favorite. You will find yourself sharing with everyone around you what you are doing, with a newfound confidence right from the beginning. You will have, perhaps for the first time in your life, a healthy perspective on food, and indeed will never want to go back once you see yourself changing when nothing before ever offered more than, at best, short term results. I highly recommend this book to help you become inspired and informed as well as successful in your quest to "Reboot With Joe"

This is a good book to help you transition to a vegetarian or just to get more veggies in your diet. The recipes are great and tasty! This book has help me to get more veggies in my diet. Even though it is a challenge to just do juicing diet it does reboot your body and I find myself wanting more veggies.. If your thinking about getting this book I highly recommend it.
