In a word: AWESOME!
My dog sheds like crazy all year 'round, but especially in Spring and Summer. I have tried everything, but there was always hair all over the house, even inside the refrigerator, no matter how much I swept and cleaned the house! This is the ONLY brush that has actually worked! All the hair it attracts from my dog is less I have to sweep up or accidentally inhale from the furniture! I wish I could give it 10 stars!!! My dogs enjoy this
All three of my dogs enjoy this product the feeling of it that is. They surrounded me trying to push one another out of the way to get massaged by it. As far as the product working to remove access fur I'll stick to the furminator. This product removes very and I mean very little fur from my husky, golden retriever and the hair from my yorkie. However all three of them love the feeling they get from this kong zoom groom so I'm pleased it was useful for something. Everybody needs this!
Our yellow lab was shedding quite a bit. Three vacuum canisters full with each vacuuming. Our neighbor brought their zoom groom over for us to try and we were instantly sold and went right online and made a purchase. I took our lab out front and brushed him. I have tried other brushes on my dog and nothing gets the loose surface hair and the deep down loose hair that the Zoom Groom does. It really helps to keeps the pup and the house more hair free. Good for undercoats
This brush gets at hair other brushes don't. I've had two Rotts with undercoats. Also a mixed breed with a similar coat. Rakes don't work. The closest thing that works is the brush that looks like a band, and has teeth along the edge (a "shedding blade."). Doesn’t really attract my dogs’ hair like a magnet!
