This wall safe is great for optimum concealment when placed behind a picture frame. Sturdy enough and strong to be un-removable from concrete wall. Be aware that some fingerprints are not readable by the biometric finger print reader. System could read all of my fingers but barely read some off my wife's hands. Safe came with an added Backup power supply attachment that was not covered in the instructions manual but was well accepted. Could add a sealant around the contact areas of the safe box and the safe's face plate for added sealant. Other than that I couldn't think of any order improvement to this product. Only other comment I can make is that it seems the mechanical parts can easily be replaced by any DIY person and there shouldn't be a need to send the safe back to the company for repair. The cost of shipping this safe back to repair facilities and back to its owner would, in some cases, surpass the cost of a new safe, as it would be in my case living in the Caribbean islands. In my case I would definitely have to buy a new one. Just installed the safe so I don't know how long it will work without a failure. Hopefully this won't be an issue for quite some time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
