A good quality product
Couldn't find this at my usual builder stores, so I ordered it. Appears to be exactly like the OEM unit that came with the garage door opener. Since I had installed that, changing this out was a snap. Even if you haven't done it before, it's not that difficult and should only require a six foot ladder and an adjustable wrench. Note: if you are replacing a bad one, keep the pull cord from it to use with this one. It doesn't come with a cord.
