Vented hard hat.
Vented hardhat let's more air move around the top of your head keeping your head a little cooler. This is my first vented hard hat and I can say I will never use any other type of hard hat again! Buy the way have you noticed NFL football players helmets are vented now, must work !

great price , seems to be a lightweight model way to hard to adjust
The inner lining is a real beast to remove and reinsert if you get it wrong you have to pry it out of tightly finning groves ..first you have to make an adjustment of a strap with has a factor od the entire fit . It involves pulling a section with 2 plastic pegs out of a hole while being held in by tips which are larger ( to hold in secure ) however if you miss and tear one ?order another head gear???? reinserting is also a real task severl types of pliers (needle nose (wish i had 90 degree ones) and linemans pliers along with standard 8in pliers . Just a lot of work with a potential to cause more expense . Not to brag but im almost 76 years young taking on a high level job and ALL HARD HATS HAVE A DATE STAMP NEED replacing when the label states if you can read or see the label , A real neat design love the vent but seems a bit light and maybe a overview on the hat . i would have paid 3 times the price for a better lid Sorry guys .Oh i had to have a new hat the next day or face a trip 30 miles from job to purchase another . Better off with a home depot hard hat
The ratcheting system broke in 30 seconds. I adjusted it to the largest it would go and it would not re tighten correctly after that. The plastic connecting the ratchet system to the 6 pt harness seems as it may last a few weeks at best. I'll have to hold it together with rubber bands and duct. The hat itself seems great. I really was looking forward to the venting this summer. That's what you get for buying stuff sight un seen online!
